Spotlight on Care

Whatever It Takes And Then Some Award

In September 2015, Sally McMullen, licensed practical nurse at Valley View Villa in Fort Morgan, Colorado, received Life Care Centers of America's 2014 Mountain States Division Whatever It Takes And Then Some Award for her dedication to customer service. McMullen often comes into the facility during the night to sit with residents who aren't doing well. She actively speaks up for the needs of the long-term residents, ensuring their needs are met. She is also a member of the FUN Committee, which organizes different events and recognition for other associates. During football season, she organizes "tailgating" parties so residents can enjoy watching the Denver Broncos together.

McMullen's story is just one of many tales of exceptional customer service and care found throughout our skilled nursing facilities and rehabilitation centers.
